  • I don't have a driveway - is that a problem?

    Not at all! We can perform services on a driveway or on the roadside. Our technician will ensure the location is safe to work from before he starts. If its not, he will take your vehicle to a suitable safe-spot around the corner.

  • Can a mobile technician do a thorough job without using a workshop?

    The world is going mobile and the days of big cumbersome workshop items are going fast. Our technicians carry the latest in mobile-workshop technology and equipment. There is practically no difference between a service performed in a workshop to one done at home. Except for convenience and price that is!

  • Do I need to be around whilst your technician is working on the car?

    If its the first time we have visited you, we would ask that you are there to meet the technician. However, once he has started work, you don't need to hang around. In the future, you can use our KeySafe system so that you won't need to be there at all.

  • I'm concerned about oil spilling on my drive!

    Our technicians use the latest mobile workshop technology that keeps the working area spotless. For instance, oil is no longer 'drained' from the engine but is now removed using a special device. For bigger jobs, we have a special matting that is put on the floor that absorbs any oil or grease spills.

  • Can your technician reset my service light and stamp the service book?

    Our technicians carry a full diagnostic suite that can reset all service lights. He will also stamp and sign your service book.

  • What's included in a service?

    We follow your manufacturers service guidelines and so the exact work schedule varies from car to car. As a general rule, an Interim Service includes and oil and filter change and a full vehicle inspection including lights, fluid levels, suspension, brakes, body etc. A Full Service will also include new spark plugs, and new air, pollen and fuel filters.

  • If you look after my car, is the manufacturers warranty still valid?

    If your vehicle is still under warranty we will ensure that the service follows the exact schedule and the required parts are used. This ensures your warranty will remain valid.

  • Can you do an MOT?

    You can request an MOT with a service booking. We will take you vehicle to our nearest centre and our technician will stay with it during the test. This significantly reduces the number of failures as he will check the vehicle first before presenting it to the examiner.

  • What if there is extra work that needs doing?

    It is possible that our technician will find other items that need repairing or replacing during a service. We will always quote a fixed price before doing any work and you are under absolutely no obligation to have the work done by our technician (although our prices do tend to be extremely low!)
